What started out as a two-man band along the Rio Grande, brothers Sergio and Adrian formed AUTOMATIC WEEKEND in 2008. They’ve since expanded their line-up (Fred Gutierrez, Mark Martinez) , released multiple albums, & garnered awards such as SledgeTV ‘s "Best New Band" and "Song of The Year". Now based in Austin, they’ve honed their gritty Tex-Mex blues rock n’ roll sound with added elements of tejano, country, and polka. Their new album, Tejano Dreams, dives in and out of Spanish, through rock n’ roll, country, and soul with a steady dose of bordertown attitude and point-of-view.
